"I’m want to commend Alexa Powers for helping us with a challenging claim issue recently . Alexa really went above and beyond to get our issues resolved. She was empathetic and professional and made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. She is a strong communicator, and she followed up with us everyday until it was resolved.

There was a claims adjustor named Terry (didn’t make note of last name) who also really came through for us. He was competent and got us all the information we needed in a timely manner.
